At Call Clean we use the least harmful chemicals that allow us to clean your building to the highest of standards.  All cleaning products that we use have COSHH* data sheets and risk assessments carried out on their usage.

We operate a zero waste cleaning process that involves using only three chemicals which are dispatched to us in a concentrated format. When the bottles become empty they are simply re-filled back at our office, therefore eliminating all plastic container waste.

All dusters and cloths have been replaced with modern Micro-fibre technology which represents a dramatic innovation in cleaning equipment and processes.  Cleaning products made using Micro-fibre technology are strong, highly resistant to tearing, have extremely low levels of linting (shedding fibres) and can last for over 500 washes. They provide reduce the need for harsh cleaning chemicals whilst still providing a high level of infection control and providing an improved cleaning performance.

Our vacuums are of the most energy efficient on the market. Our upright cleaners are made for us by SEBO and our tub vacuums are manufactured by Truvox.

Clients are assigned one specific point of contact within the Call Clean team to make communicating as efficient and fuss-free as possible. Call Clean is powered by the award winning Netsuite CRM System which allows us to track our levels of service as consistently as possible. In the unlikely event of a problem, strict timescales are put in place for the implementation of a resolution which will be monitored by the company director.

We have found that one of the main concerns potential clients have is the legal implications involved with switching suppliers.  Call Clean will take care of the transfer process from your existing supplier and apply TUPE* to all transfers for the benefit of all parties concerned.

All staff are checked against UK borders and immigration agency controls and must have a valid passport and level 1ID.
